These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and hiring us for fence and deck staining, painting, or restoration services in Charleston, South Carolina. 1. Services

Fence Rescue provides professional fence and deck staining, painting, and restoration services. Service details, pricing, and timelines are provided in your quote or proposal. Once accepted, that agreement serves as the basis for project scope and payment.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or request. Any changes in scope — such as additional repairs, material changes, or unforeseen conditions — may affect pricing and will be communicated in writing before work continues.

3. Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your project start date. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. We accept major payment methods listed on our invoices or website.

Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in late fees or collection actions as permitted by law.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

As a firefighter-owned company, we stand by our work and our word. If an issue arises, we’ll do what it takes to make the job right. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and long-lasting results for every fence and deck we service.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds or partial credits may be issued depending on project stage and material costs. Refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Property Access & Safety

Customers must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Fence Rescue is not responsible for damages to underground utilities or hidden obstacles not disclosed prior to service.

7. Warranty

We offer a limited workmanship warranty for a defined period after completion. Environmental factors (sun, moisture, storms, or improper maintenance) are not covered. Full warranty details are available upon request.

8. Liability

Fence Rescue is insured and operates responsibly. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, site access, or natural wear and tear on treated surfaces.

9. Website Use

All website content, images, and text are owned by Fence Rescue. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our materials without permission.

We make every effort to provide accurate information but do not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted access to our site.
